EXCHANGES AND RETURNS 

A customer service department is at your disposal to meet your expectations as well as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your products. For hygienic reasons, the deadline for returning or exchanging is a maximum of 3 days after the date of delivery of the items to the address indicated at the time of your purchase.

Return procedure to follow:

Requests for return for refund can only be validated on the sole condition that the items have been validated with regard to their original state of conformity. Only items returned as a whole, with their label, in their complete original packaging and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. Any item damaged in any way whatsoever and whose condition will not allow the resale, will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.

For hygienic reasons, returns for refund must be made within 3 days after the date of delivery of the items to the address indicated at the time of purchase, and must be sent within 3 days.

Send an email with the detailed information to welcome@petitebergamote.com:

- your order number 

- product you wish to exchange or return

- specify the reasons why you wish to return the item.

In case of return, we will refund the full value of the product, but not the shipping costs.

 

Your refund will be issued to your account / Paypal account, as soon as we examine the item in question.

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, Petite Bergamote will bear the cost of the return shipment.

Upon receipt of your package and after validation of its state of conformity, your request will then be processed. We will of course ensure that this is done as soon as possible.

In the case of an exchange of a faulty item, the return costs are borne by Petite Bergamote, once per order for metropolitan France. In order to receive a free colissimo voucher that you can use to make the exchange, send an email with the detailed information to welcome@petitebergamote.com :

- your order number 

- product you wish to exchange 

- Specify the reasons why you want to make the exchange.

 

Following validation of the form, a Colissimo label will be sent to you by e-mail (do not hesitate to look at your junk mail). Only the Colissimo voucher provided by our services allows us to cover the return costs, if the return is made by your own means the costs will not be refunded by our services.
